Good services, patience friendly tour guide and driver. We had a customized itinerary for a 2D1N Batam trip with a group of 24 pax on 5 Oct 2024. From the discussion and arrangements and at Batam, Shaun’s response was fast to our requests. Our tour guide, Abi and driver is patient, friendly and had been on lookout for us at all times. Abi went extra mile to ensure that our team mates with young kids reach the hotel safely by arranging transport for them when they went for free and easy time. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and look forward to travel with them again

I traveled with Travelworkz to Guizhou for the first time last week, and I’m glad I made the right choice in giving this agency a try! From breathtaking waterfalls and pleasant weather to a helpful and caring tour leader, everything was well-organized. Having wonderful tour mates made the trip even more enjoyable. We encouraged one another to 'press on' though many of us experienced knee pain from climbing up and down the mountains. The “Happy Night” on the last evening felt like a mini D&D—such a unique and fun experience! The only downside was missing the ‘forest’ of cherry blossoms due to unpredictable temperatures, but overall, it was a truly memorable vacation. Thumbs up!
